Project Transcend – Terms and Conditions

Please read the Terms and Conditions of the Project Transcend (“PT Project”) carefully. By participating in Mount to Coast’s Project Transcend, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility Requirements

Project Transcend is open to runners worldwide who meet the following criteria:

  • You must be a passionate runner committed to pushing your limits.
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must agree to participate in the project in accordance with the agreement and follow all guidance provided by Mount to Coast.

2. Application Process

  • To apply for Project Transcend, you must complete the online application form available on Mount to Coast’s website.
  • Mount to Coast reserves the right to review and approve or deny applications based on eligibility and the nature of your participation.

3. Participation Requirements

  • Participants must actively engage in running activities as outlined in the project.
  • Participants are required to share their genuine experience using Mount to Coast products (shoes, apparel, etc.) via social media, blogs, or other platforms.
  • Participants must submit progress updates, videos, and/or photos as part of their involvement in the project.

4. Rewards and Benefits

  • Participants may receive Mount to Coast products, promotional materials, and other incentives, as detailed in the project benefits.
  • Rewards may include, but are not limited to: gear, sponsorship opportunities, and features on our website or social media platforms.
  • All rewards are non-transferable and subject to availability.

5. Content Creation & Intellectual Property

  • By participating in Project Transcend, you grant Mount to Coast permission to use any submitted content (photos, videos, written materials, etc.) for promotional purposes.
  • You retain ownership of your content but grant Mount to Coast a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content across marketing and social channels.

6. Social Media & Promotion

  • As part of your participation, you may be asked to post content on your personal social media channels.
  • All content must reflect your genuine experience with Mount to Coast products.
  • Participants are encouraged to tag Mount to Coast and use designated brand hashtags.

7. Confidentiality

  • Any confidential information shared with you by Mount to Coast must not be disclosed to third parties without prior permission.
  • This includes, but is not limited to, product details, marketing plans, and financial information.

8. Termination

Mount to Coast reserves the right to terminate your participation in Project Transcend if:

  • You violate any of these Terms and Conditions.
  • You fail to meet participation requirements.
  • You engage in any misconduct or actions that may damage the reputation of Mount to Coast.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Participants are responsible for assessing their physical condition and ensuring their own safety during any running activities. Mount to Coast shall not be liable for any injury or damage caused by the participant unless it is due to the direct fault of Mount to Coast.

10. Modifications

  • Mount to Coast reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • Any changes will be published on the Mount to Coast website, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.

  • Any disputes arising out of this agreement shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) for resolution.
